This is an original ecoprint on 140lb watercolor paper. I watercolor painted the leaves and added hand-stitching. I also added beads to give the piece more dimension and a little more color. Finally, I used a print process to give the background more interest with text from old magazines.

Ecoprinting on paper for me is an exciting journey. You can’t ever be sure what the results will be right out of the steaming pot. But whatever result I get, I’m always thrilled and can’t wait to add whatever I think will elevate the piece to make it stunning.

This paper measures 6 inch x 7 inch. It will be shipped in a cardboard envelope with an extra piece of mat board to make the package more rigid. It is not attached to the mat. You can mat and frame it in your style.
