This piece started with a brewed tea bag fused to interfacing. I added fabric from an old scarf and a scrap of turquoise silk. The dotted paper has been rusted. Machine stitching in black thread follows the pattern of the brewing on the tea bag. A rusted bottle cap is hand-sewn to the tea bag.

Mounted and matted in white.
